Harry Pollack

A practicing attorney since 1975, Harry Pollack is the owner of Conservation Partners. Harry manages the transactions and develops and maintains the company’s relationship with clients.
In addition to representing his clients, Harry is actively involved with the conservation community. He is a speaker at conservation conferences (e.g. Land Trust Alliance Rally, California Council of Land Trusts Annual Meeting, Continuing Education Programs) and he assisted in the establishment of the California Council of Land Trusts. As a member of the California Council of Land Trusts’ Policy Committee, Harry helps advise the Executive Director & Board of CCLT on legislative matters and judicial challenges in California. Harry is also a member of the Land Trust Alliance Conservation Defense Network, a group of professionals working on national strategies to strengthen conservation easement defense and other related tools.
In addition to his Conservation Partners’ work, Harry is also a partner of the law firm Pollack & Davis, LLP, which focuses on negotiating real estate and business transactions.Outside of his professional work, Harry devotes time to the community. He is currently on the Planning Commission in the City of Berkeley. His local volunteer conservation efforts include drafting successful voter initiatives in the cities of Emeryville and Albany, which led to the creation of the Eastshore State Park. |
