Harry Pollack
Principal,
Attorney and Real Estate Broker
Harry Pollack has been
an attorney since 1975. As owner of Conservation Partners, Harry manages
the transactions and develops and maintains the company’s relationship
with its clients. Harry has been active as a speaker at conservation
conferences (Land Trust Alliance, Great Valley Center, Central California
Land Trust Council) and has assisted with the establishment of the
California Council of Land Trusts.
In addition to his
Conservation Partners’ work, Harry is also a partner in the law firm of
Pollack & Davis, LLP where he concentrates on negotiating real estate and
other business transactions.
In addition to his work
Harry devotes time to the community. He is currently on the Planning
Commission in the City of Berkeley. His local volunteer conservation
efforts include drafting successful voter initiatives in the cities of
Emeryville and Albany which lead to the creation of the Eastshore State
Park.
